  1. Eric E. Reaves Founder, Chairman
    Effective Executive; Operations, Economic/Business Development, and Not-for-Profit Executive, with expertise in developing clients, creating fluid operational systems, and streamlining delivery of products and services for diverse industries specializing in the retail, restaurant and foodservice sectors. Proven ability to build, turnaround, and grow companies, while establishing an organized, productive business unit. An in-depth ability to lead not-for-profit entities to attain its strategic and funding goals.
  2. Robin L. Carter
    Robin L. Carter is a seasoned sales executive with with over two decades of experience working for several Top Fortune 100 consumer products goods companies , as well as, an entreprenuer in the property development arena. Robin has an extensive background in the consumer products industry with an emphasis on retail where she recently served as the Sr. Director of Sales leading an $811m business for Frito Lay and a B2B customer base including Walmart, Sams, Jewel Osco, Roundy’s, Mariano’s, Kroger, Menards and Circle K. While in Corporate America, Robin honed her skills in the area of Customer Managemnt, Sales Strategy, Business Development, People Leadership, Brand and Category Management. Leveraging the skills that she gained while in Corporate America, in April of 2017, she left Frito Lay and opened her own property development company, Carter Development Group. Her company’s vision is to become the leading legacy and wealth building company in the Chicago community and beyond. Robin recieved the PepsiCo Harvey C. Russell Award in 2014 for her community service work aimed at enhancing educational opportunities for children. In 2013, she was also selected as a Leading Lady where she recognized for her many accomplishments in Corporate America where sh served on a selecte panel of Chicago Women leaders. A native of Rochester, NY; Robin graduated from Flortida Agricultural & Mechanical University with a major in Business Eonomics. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and served on the Advisory Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters, Chicago where she started a Workplace Mentor Program aimed PepsicCo Chicago of which is still in existence today. In her free time, Robin enjoys traveling, reading, listening music and spending time with family and friends. Robin’s motto is If you believe it, you can achieve it.

    Katherine McKenna is a not for profit executive with extensive experience in the creative economy. Her passion and focus is creative placemaking through fine arts inclusion but her day to day is specializing in organizational management, membership/client engagement and recruitment, outreach programming, and process improvement and implementation. Katherine is a graduate of Eastern Michigan's College Of Business with a degree in Not For Profit Management, Marketing, and Public Administration. Eastern Michigan is an AACSB accredited business school and has been named an "outstanding business school" by the princeton review for 12 years consecutively. Katherine is currently pursuing her Professional Community and Economic Developers certification as well as her certification from the Institute of Organizational Management.
